running water sound scraping bathroom door

The room i had wasn't the one i saw in the pictures when i booked. i could hear every toilet flush, like a constant running water sound in the walls. the bathroom door made a really bad scraping noise. It definitely needs some fixing. i also really wished there was a kettle for making tea or coffee.

the location was pretty central. it was close to the attractions.

the air conditioning control was central and i could not adjust it. this was annoying because i wanted it cooler at night. i did not like the temperature they chose for me.

helpful staff quiet neighborhood interior courtyard central control

The staff provided a map and explained the main points of interest. The hotel stands a short walk from the cathedral. Only about 5 to 10 minutes. It is also located in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated this quiet.

The room had one window that faced the interior courtyard so i did not keep it open at night. The air conditioning is centrally controlled tho. It was not possible to adjust the temperature. THIS was an issue.

I found the location really good. It allowed easy access to key landmarks. the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness throughout my stay. the room i occupied featured effective lighting , made working at night easier.

i noticed the bathroom had a slight odor, it was somewhat off-putting though not overpowering. perhaps a more thorough cleaning routine could resolve this.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance. the staff were very friendly and also helpful. the courtyard at the hotel was beautifully decorated with plants.

the room had one window into the interior courtyard, so we wouldn't keep it open through the night.

The reception operates twenty-four hours. Staff arranged a taxi for my early morning flight. They showed me the taxi location because streets are narrow.

My shower fixture was very low.
